Accept lowercase mnemonics as well?
The GNU assembler for riscv and most documentation (e.g. RISC-V spec) show instructions with lowercase mnemonics. In fact, the GNU assembler even completely ignores their case.
Is this something we want with asmlib, or do we explicitly want uppercase mnemonics?
One pro of uppercase mnemonics only is that it's impossible to just take what gcc or whatever other compiler spits out, even if it doesn't contain immediate instructions, since the casing will be wrong.
